In March 2020, as Hunan province's key enterprise forepidemic prevention materials' purchasing and production,Hengchang Pharmaceutical established R&D and ProductionCenter for Pharmaceutical and Medical Instrument (hereinafter"Center").
With the support of Hunan province, Changsha and all levelsof governments, the co***ny relied on strong upstream anddownstream resources in the industry, made all efforts,overcame difficulties to realize a switch from pharmacycirculation to face mask production. The Center has beentotally invested more than 13 million with a clean workshopof 2,500 square meters, which could be equipped with 22production lines for face masks to reach a highest daily production of 2.5 million, including 200 thousand childĄ¯s face masks per day. It only cost half a month from project approval to completion which realized a breakthrough from "0" to "1" for Changsha 's production of child's face mask.
